Every single piece was drawn, balanced, and color-tuned specifically for cloth texture, stitched border bleed, and the warm lighting of a real desk. Every Craftica mat comes in a single, deliberate size: 80 × 33 cm with a 3 mm profile.

We settled on 80 × 33 cm because standard 90 × 40 cm pads often overwhelm normal Indian desks, bunching up against monitor risers or hanging awkwardly over the bevel. At 80 × 33 cm, you have plenty of room for a full-sized keyboard, smooth mouse travel, and a mug of tea or java (with coasters), while leaving your desk looking framed rather than covered up.

We don’t mass-produce cheap goods that sit in a dusty warehouse waiting for impulsive clicks. Every piece is printed on demand, inspected, and tailored specifically for your order. Offering COD means absorbing dead stock and courier fraud, costs that big retail usually hides by inflating prices by 30–40%. By remaining strictly prepaid, we keep our prices honest and dedicate our entire budget to print resolution, stitched edges, and tactile materials rather than courier penalties.

Your payment never touches an insecure link. We process transactions through Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway, fully compliant with RBI guidelines. When you place an order, the fabric is prepped, the artwork is pressed using heat-sublimation with high-grade EPSON inks so the color bonds directly into the weave, the anti-fray border is stitched, and the finished piece goes through a quality check before it gets rolled and tubed.

Proper production takes roughly 2 to 4 business days. Once it leaves the facility, transit takes another 3 to 5 business days depending on your city. We prefer taking a couple of extra days to make something exceptional rather than rushing out a flawed print.

We inspect every single piece before it gets packed, but couriers can sometimes be rough in transit.

If your package arrives crushed, or if you open it and discover a stitching flaw, fabric tear, or printing defect, you are completely covered. Just take a short video and images showing the issue, and email them along with your order number to care@craftica.in within 48 hours of delivery.

You will not be asked to argue with an automated bot. If the product arrived flawed or damaged, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Yes. We chose a high-density micro-weave cloth that balances glide and stopping power. Whether you are using an optical mouse for spreadsheet work or a high-DPI laser mouse for late-night gaming, the surface tracking is consistent and predictable, without the erratic drag you feel on rough felt or cheap coarse cloth. The textured natural rubber base keeps the mat firmly planted so it never slips around your desk.

Accidents and coffee spills happen at the desk. Keeping your mat clean is simple:

For daily dust or crumbs, a quick wipe with a clean, damp microfiber cloth does the trick.

For deeper stains, take the mat to a sink, wet it with cold water, add a drop of mild liquid hand soap or dish soap, and rub gently with a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry flat in the shade.

Two absolute rules: never put it in the washing machine, and never use an iron, heat gun, or tumble dryer. High heat and washing machine agitation will damage the natural rubber backing.
