Our maximum financial liability for any unfulfilled transaction or approved damage claim shall never exceed the actual net retail amount paid by you to Craftica for that specific product line.

These Terms and all commercial transactions with Craftica shall be governed exclusively by the federal and state laws of India. Any legal actions, formal arbitration, or consumer disputes arising from your interactions with our storefront must be filed explicitly within the courts holding geographic authority over Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh, India. By finalizing a purchase, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts situated in Jhabua, MP.
